Lead with purpose.
Grow with guidance.
PSGH built one programme with two ways in. Mentor someone or be mentored. Join the leadership cohort or keep building your own path first. Wherever you're starting from, there's a seat for you.
Pick where you start. Both roads lead somewhere.
You don't have to know exactly where you're headed. You just have to decide whether you're ready to become a leader, or to give guidance, or get it.
Becoming a leader, on purpose
You show up with pharmacists from across the country and build the skills nobody covered in school: how to run a team, make your case in a room that would rather not listen, and lead a change nobody asked for. Every module ends with something you actually apply at work, not just notes you file away.
- 01 Professional Identity & Leadership
- 02 Communication & Influence
- 03 Leading Teams in Pharmacy Settings
- 04 Strategic Thinking & Advocacy
- 05 Leading Change & Practice Innovation
- 06 Mentorship & Coaching
Giving guidance, or getting it
You're matched with someone a few steps further down the road, or someone still finding their footing, and you meet on purpose, at least once a month. No scripts, no pressure to have it all figured out. Just an honest conversation with someone who's actually been there.
- ✓ Matched to your goals and career stage, not at random
- ✓ Mentors complete training before any pair meets
- ✓ Orientation, a midpoint check-in, and support the whole way through
- ✓ Today's mentee is often tomorrow's mentor

Real stories that shaped why this programme exists
These are people's own mentorship and leadership experiences, shared with us ahead of launch. Not programme alumni yet, since we're just getting started, but exactly the kind of stories we're hoping to create.
I didn't undergo formal training to move from Medical Rep to Regulatory Affairs Manager. My mentor taught me the technical side and guided me every step of the way. The confidence and opportunities it unlocked went far beyond what I imagined.
Transitioning from four years of hospital practice to commercial pharmacy was a big shift. My mentor helped refine my CV, prepare for interviews, and build my confidence. Today I'm thriving in a multinational organization.
My first real experience with mentorship was with a pharmacy intern early in my career, and it's fulfilling to see how far she's come. I know what it means to be mentored, and I count it a privilege to pass it forward.
I mentored a community pharmacist with zero medical sales experience and coached her into becoming the company's best-performing rep, by focusing on feedback, negotiation, and sales fundamentals.
What helped me through my first leadership transition was structured leadership training, and mentors who chose to invest in me. Because of their guidance, I grew from first-line manager to Country Manager.
Participating in a structured leadership programme changed how I approach leadership. It made me more intentional about how I lead, support others, and create opportunities for people to grow.
